Buss Wire - 2/C  #16  AWG tin coated stranded copper

Buss Insulation - PVC extruded jacket

Heating Element - Nickel-Chromium resistive wire

Jacket - Nominal 20 mil. of  PVC extruded overall

Low Cost

Constant Wattage - Uniform heat, wattage remains the same, regardless of circuit length.

Zone Modules - Hand soldered and inspected to maintain 100% contact with buss wires.

Cut to Length on Site - Parallel resistance type heater eliminates the need for

inventories of different size heaters.

 

Caution:  

Type M-T-PVC cable can be overlapped provided that the process temperature is less than 140°F.
